Program: From Wednesday evening to Sunday afternoon, we will present an exciting program featuring lectures, workshops, panels, and excursions. On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, there will be opportunities for excursions to interesting companies and research institutions in the Rhine-Neckar region. On Saturday, the annual general meeting of juFORUM e.V. and a start-up panel will take place. Throughout the event, there will be plenty of networking opportunities to make new connections. And, of course, a closing party is not to be missed!

Exact program details will be announced in the coming months. However, some excursions are already confirmed. We will visit, among others, a Fraunhofer Institute in Mannheim, the exoskeleton research group at the University of Heidelberg, the KATRIN neutrino experiment at KIT, the Institute of Atmospheric Physics at KIT, the 3D Materials Made to Order Cluster, the Center for Integrative Infectious Disease Research, and the company Roche. Therefore, you can look forward to five exciting days.

By the way, our associated membership is free in the first year. If you decide to opt for an associated membership during registration, you can save a bit of money.

If you or your parents cannot afford the participation fee, please reach out to our chairperson for finances (anna.lan_evlsgerennlokeuhznn@s8d8njufo_q+rum.dckqjec8b). She will work with you to find a sustainable and mutually satisfactory solution.

As a member, you can conveniently pay by direct debit if you have provided us with a SEPA mandate. This is also possible for non-members. The deduction of your participant fee will take place approximately eight weeks before the event. Alternatively, you can transfer the participation fee to us. Please do this at the latest eight weeks before the event. The bank details will be communicated to you via email after registration.

If your participation fee has not been received at least eight weeks before the event, we will automatically cancel your place and allocate it to a person on the waiting list.

Accessibility and Awareness: We are currently developing a concept to make participation in the juFORUM Congress accessible to as many people as possible and create a discrimination-free atmosphere. We aim to make the offerings as barrier-free as possible and transparently communicate the accessibility at locations we cannot actively influence. We will add more information in the coming months. We also want to note that participants under the age of 18 will need to submit a document from their parents or legal guardians expressing their consent. We will send you this document after registration.
